The 2021 baseball season is finally upon us! With recent news of restrictions being lifted and Alberta moving into Phase 1 or re-opening with Phase 2 on the immediate horizon, the Foothills Major Baseball Association and its member clubs are pleased to announce that we will indeed be having a season in 2021.

This year will feature an 18-game regular season schedule for 11 teams split into two divisions. Unfortunately we will be cancelling all of our annualized events in 2021 like the Wayne Leitch Memorial Tournament, the FMBA Home Run Derby, and there will be no 2021 All-Star Game for a second consecutive season (although All-Star rosters will still be announced after the regular season).

The season kicks off on Sunday June 13th with a game between the Longhorns and the Cardinals at 8:30am at Glen Hansen field, it will be a full day of baseball at our park, as that game will be followed up by 4 others.
